Auburn Aroma Return Policy
In the case of damaged or broken goods, Auburn Aroma offer store credit as a refund.
Store credit is ONLY permitted if your item(s) appear damaged or broken upon arrival, or if a mistake has been made on our behalf. If this is the case, please contact us at auburnaroma@gmail.com with photo evidence, your order number and a description within 48-hours of receiving your order so we can assess the damage and determine if store credit is to be distributed. Auburn Aroma are notified when orders arrive at their shipping address, therefore store credit will not be distributed if any evidence is received beyond the 48-hour time frame.
If store credit is to be distributed, the amount the customer paid for the damaged item at the time of placing the order will be processed into a unique code. This code will be sent to the customer via the email address they provided when placing the order. The code can be applied at checkout when the customer places their next order. Store credit codes are valid for up to 12-months after the issue date & can only be used once.
Auburn Aroma do not offer store credit for any of the following items:
- Candles that have been lit and/or burnt.
- Reed Diffusers that have been opened and used.
Store credit will only be granted if your product arrives broken/faulty and we are contacted within 48-hours.
Auburn Aroma DO NOT accept exchanges, nor will store credit be distributed as a result of change of mind.
